- A special silica based clot activated gel helps initiate and enhance the clotting mechanism.
- Centrifugation speed: 3500-4000 R/M.
- Centrifugation time: 5 min.
- Time for clot reaction: 20-25 min.
- Clot activator (silica particle) accelerates clotting and barrier gel separating the serum from fibrin and cells during centrifugation.
Uses
- Used for serum biochemistry, immunology and drug testing.
Precaution
- Recommended storage temperature: 4-25°C.
- Invert the tube 8-10 times immediately after drawing the blood.
